FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food v2.0 (PCQI Training Course)
We are providing two deliveries of the comprehensive, FDA-recognized, Preventive Controls for Human Food Course NEW version 2.0. Often referred to as the PCQI training program (preventive controls qualified individual), successful completion of this course will prepare attendees to be PCQIs and apply their knowledge to develop and apply risk based preventive controls in their facilities.

The FDA requires that companies that manufacture or hold food for consumption in the United States have at least one PCQI- individual on team. The PCQI role was created as part of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) to shift the focus from responding to foodborne illness outbreaks to preventing them.
HACCP
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption. Each module of our online certificate programs is 1-1.5 hours.
