There is no cost for the recordings.

If you already have a MyNENA account:

1. Log in to your
2. Once logged in look for the word 鈥淪hop鈥� at the top of the page
3. Select 鈥淪hop鈥� then select 鈥淏rowse NEHA Bookstore鈥�
4. A new page will open, look for the RPSS Logo and the title 鈥淩etail Program Standards Symposium 2024 Recorded Sessions"
5. Select the course listing and it will be added to your cart
6. Follow the instructions to close out your cart
7. The page will automatically close and an email will be sent to your email address on file from NEHA E-Learning,
8. Follow the directions in the email to access the recordings

If you don鈥檛 have a MyNEHA account:

1. Go to and scroll to the bottom of the page
2. Under the Sign In button, it says "Need an account? Sign Up鈥�
3. Select the words 鈥淪ign Up鈥�
4. Follow the directions on the following page and it will move you through the sign up process
5. Once an account has been established follow directions 1 through 8 above
